There are many new business marketing campaigns you could try in order to grow your company. However, not all of them will be effective for your specific business. It is important to do your research and find the marketing campaigns that will work best for you.

Old Forms of Marketing

In the past, businesses have used a variety of different marketing strategies to grow their company. Some examples include outdoor advertising, print ads, television commercials, direct mailers, and guerilla marketing. While these are all great ways to gain exposure for your product or service, they may not be effective today because technology has advanced so much since then. Many companies have found that new forms of media are more efficient at building brand awareness and gaining customers. Much more than a printed ad in the local newspaper.

SEO is an online marketing campaign that allows your company's website to show up high in Google or Yahoo searches. The goal of SEO is to get linked back to your site by other quality websites, so when somebody looks up a topic like "best car insurance companies," they will see your site as a suggestion in the search engine results. This creates targeted traffic and a good reputation for your business. This is a great way of keeping people interested in your company/products because they are already familiar with them! Many companies have also taken it one step further by adding things like daily coupons for discounts on their products or services to keep the brand name in the mind of potential buyers even more frequently. Though it seems simple, email marketing can be very beneficial if done correctly.

If you have a website then offering your visitors to subscribe to a newsletter is a marketing campaign as well. It is a simple marketing tool that can be used to collect email addresses and information about your visitors, so you know what your target audience likes and dislikes. You can use this information, later on, to customize marketing campaigns or create products and ads that will appeal more to your targeted demographic.

Online Advertising

Similar to marketing on social media, you can also use online advertising to get the word out about your company. This is done through marketing companies that allow you to design advertisements, place them on their websites, and pay based on clicks or views. It's important not to be too spam-like with this marketing campaign so you don't become an annoyance. Make sure your ad represents what your business stands for! 

Sometimes this can be in the form of clickbait titles for articles or links within those, though make sure that you're providing value to the viewers if you're actually clicking on them! It is very important that marketing campaigns are not done haphazardly without some research into what will work best for your individual business. By doing just a little bit of marketing research, you can help improve your marketing campaign so it drives more customers to your company instead of away from it.
