Often, building owners install so-called rooftop air conditioners on the flat roofs of buildings. Such systems are suitable for airspace heating, ventilation, and cooling. Rooftop conditioners have central conditioner features but are outside. All nodes of the system are in a single block. There is no need to lay pipelines in the room. However, the system requires ducting equipment that connects to the rooftop.

Central air conditioners are powerful equipment for creating a favorable microclimate in a building. It supplies clean air from the street, removes stale dirty air, cools and warms rooms, humidifies and purifies air masses from harmful impurities. The central air conditioner consists of sections. By combining, they achieve different results based on specific requirements and conditions.
